Great experience at MOD Pizza 🍕! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They gave excellent suggestions for pizza toppings and made the whole experience enjoyable. The pizza was delicious and the service was amazing. I highly recommend recognizing this employee for their great customer service, and they truly deserve consideration for a higher position or an increment for their dedication and hard work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pizza bar was very messy and had cheese in the pizza sauce. I come to Mod Pizza for the plant based cheese options. I had to ask an employee to use a different sauce and they were rude about it. None of the employees were friendly or smiling. They all seemed to not enjoy their jobs. Also, our pizza crust was burnt. I asked for 2 dipping sauces and they only gave me one without saying a word to me. I frequently go to Mod Pizza at other locations and only had this negative experience at the Schaumburg location.

The employees are not friendly. We ordered 2 pizza’s worth over $30. One of the pizza’s missed half of the ingredients, after a couple bites there was a hair found on the pizza. Definitely not worth the $30, would not recommend to eat here

The food is delicious, with a wide variety of toppings and some excellent salad options. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the tables can feel a bit sticky, possibly due to the cleaning products used, but overall, the place is tidy. I often find myself needing to add napkins to the tables. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, the gluten-free option comes at a premium, adding an extra $3.50 per pizza, which feels a bit steep.

Lines are long but the service was great! Sweet young guy who made sure he got everyone's order right and was happy to add extra toppings. However, it's not very allergy friendly here and they cross contaminate all the toppings. The crust was too overcooked and inedible. Asked them to remake my pizza and they were more than willing to, but got the same result, hard and over cooked. The music was a bit too loud to converse and it was uncomfortably cold inside the restaurant even with a jacket on and sitting away from the doors. Loved the wall decor 👌
